What make our product different?

Our chlorine dioxide is of the highest quality and purity, we produce it by gasification in borosilicate glass (a low-melting glass made from a mixture of silica and boric oxide (B2O3) creating a residue free product for the purification of water making it fit for human consumption.

To prevent the Chlorine dioxide from losing its properties, once open close again as soon as posible, so as not to allow too much vapur to escape and compromise the quality. On taking delivery store it in the fridge and wait for it to cool down before opening. Once cool it is ready to be used.

COMPOSITION AND CONTENT

An aqueous solution of Chlorine Dioxide at 0.2-0.3% (minimum content on leaving the laboratory), excipients and solvent qs 100%. Single component (Chlorine dioxide).The product once cooled down is ready to use. 250 ml bottle.

6 ml screw cap that serves as a measure. Non transparent glass container to protect the product from ultraviolet light.

CHLORINE DIOXIDE SOLUTION

Biocide that complies with art. 95 of EU Regulation 528/2012 on biocides. For the purification of water making it fit for human consumption.

PRESERVING THE PRODUCT

Once opened, it must be kept refrigerated at a temperature below 11ºC so that the product retains its properties. Avoid any form of heat or light. The product will retain its properties and quality for up to six months from the date of manufacture (Providing it is kept cool and away from light sources).

USEAGE AND QUANTITIES

Dilute in water, 1 ml of chlorine dioxide for each litre of water, and leave to activate for at least 30 min. Do not consume the treated water until the level of active chlorine drops below 1.5 ppm. once this level is reached purity is assured.

If when measuring the chlorine level, it is negligible, repeat the operation, until the active chlorine level in the water is between 0.5-1.5 ppm.

The amount of chlorine dioxide needed and the exposure time to purify the water will always depend on the quality of the water to be treated. Use with caution, always read the label and product information. Store in a cool, dry place in an upright position.

 WARNING

.When the ambient temperature is higher than 11ºC  it is important that you follow the instructions in order to keep the solution in optimal condition.

1. When you receive the product, do not initially open. Refrigerate the chlorine dioxide until its temperature is below 11ºC so that the gas does not volatilise.

2. Once opened keep refrigerated.

3. Do not leave the product open without the cap firmly in position, so as not to let let the chlorine dioxide gas escape. In case of a spillage, ventilate the área, as undiluted chlorine dioxide is toxic if inhaled. Keep away from the face, It is an eye irritant 2: H319 -.
